Villa Les Rocs is a charming 18th-century holiday home located on the edge of a picturesque village in the Dordogne. On the ground floor you will find a modern, fully equipped kitchen-diner with a cooking island and a generous dining table for eight people. The spacious living room has French doors opening onto the inner garden and adjoins the covered terrace, a wonderful place for long evenings. There is also a comfortable en-suite bedroom on the ground floor.
On the first floor there are two very spacious bedrooms with air conditioning. One room has four single beds and is ideal for children, while the other features a large double bed. An additional bathroom is also located on this floor.
The adjoining gîte accommodates two people and has its own living room, bedroom and bathroom.

The beautiful private garden is set in a quiet area and offers optimal privacy. The heated private “Bali” swimming pool with sunny terrace and sun loungers is the focal point of outdoor life. In addition to the covered terrace at the house with barbecue, a large tree provides natural shade on warm days. There is parking for two cars on the private property. Outside July and August, a surcharge of €200 applies if you also wish to use the gîte.
