Summary: This place has made me and my little dog truly happy. I visited the île de beauté for one week and usually I stay at different places to see as much as possible. But this time I decided to stay the whole week at Jacki’s wonderful maison, and I did not regret it. This oasis of peace is very well located, by car it is only a few mins away from wonderful (in may almost empty) beaches, and the road gets you very quickly to emblematic places such as Corte. There even is a Proxi, a small store with all the basics you might need, only 7 min walk away. The garden is your little paradise, where you can have your morning coffee in the hammock and relax in the sun or shadows from one of the many trees. The house has everything it needs and more (the kitchen is very well equipped) and some basics such as toilet paper, salt&pepper and things like this were already there when I arrived. And then there is Jaqui. She is a marvellous host that has made my holidays even better with her suggestions, helped me whenever I needed it and found solutions to little things I required. All in one: simply perfect. Me and my dog recommend it a 100% and we will come back for sure!
