The villa sits in a peaceful rural position on the edge of the small hamlet of Ripoli. The charming town of Monterchi is only a ten minute drive away. Outdoors, the natural stone architecture blends with woodland and beautifully kept terraced gardens that step gently down from the house. Wide lawns, shaded corners, and inviting outdoor dining areas create plenty of space to relax. The private pool lies on a lower level among flowerbeds and cypress trees, and the grounds also feature a hot tub with panoramic views, a children’s play area, a barbecue terrace, and access to a private lake for fishing.
Inside, the three storey villa keeps its original Tuscan charm. Vaulted and beamed ceilings, traditional tiles, and hand painted details give each room a warm and welcoming feel. Elegant antique furnishings complete the atmosphere. The bedrooms are air conditioned, and generous shared spaces make it easy to unwind together.
