It offers an intimate and peaceful setting, 45 minutes from Bordeaux, 30 minutes from the Bassin d'Arcachon and 10 minutes from Lake Hostens and its many activities. The cottage is located less than 10 minutes from the ‘Le Barp’ motorway exit on the A63, ideal for a break between northern France and the south or Spain.

- Sleeping arrangements in the mezzanine: 1 single bed, 1 double sofa bed. Downstairs, there is a double sofa bed. A ‘low’ mezzanine is also available for teenagers who want a little privacy, with a mattress on the floor. We can provide a travel cot if required.
- For younger children, there is a playground and trampoline, shared with our children.
