The house is situated in a very quiet environment, in the wild and magnificient region of Cap Sizun. It is part of a typical Brittany stones farm, built in the 19th century and was completely renovated in 2022. The house is close to the amazing sites of "La Pointe du Van" and "La Pointe du Raz". The seaside and the Big Hiking Trip path GR34 are accessible from the house by foot in a few minutes.
The house is approximately 150 square meters large, with 3 floors, and can welcome between 8 and 10 people. The first floor features a large kitchen with a dining area, a cosy lounge with a chimney and a bathroom equiped with a shower and WC. On the second floor, you will find three south facing bedrooms with double beds, a TV room with a sofa-bed (2 persons), a bathroom with a shower and separate WC. The last floor features a wide bright room with wooden parquets and three single beds. Books, comics, board games and French petanque bowls are at your disposal against good care (a petanque floor is available in the yard...).
Facing south, the house opens on a large closed yard and a bloom garden equiped with outdoor table, chairs and deckchairs. Another vast garden is accessible at the back of the house, it is ideal to play football or any other big games with children.
In addition to the house, you will have access to the former stable which is adjacent to the house. It has not been renovated but is convenient to store shoes, coats, beach or sport equipment, etc.
Please note that, in July and August, the house can be rented only from Saturday to Saturday. Moreover, there is no WIFI in the house.
