Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 34 m², an open plan fitted kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a bathroom and you can enjoy a balcony. The accommodation is composed as follows:

- A living room of 34 m² with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with, among other things: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
Night area:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with bathtub.
- Separate toilet.
Outside:
- A balcony to enjoy the beautiful days.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
The flat is ideally located in Barèges, in a very pleasant and calm environment with hiking trails, notably the Plateau Lumière and the Plateau du Lienz. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
