Occupancy 8. 2 TV's, 1 DVD, Wifi, fully stocked kitchen, gas grill, water views from the 3 decks, central air, washer/dryer, dishwasher and community pool. Guest may use boat slips in Bethany Marina but must provide proof of insurance and registration before use. Registration must be current and the liability insurance must be $100,000 or more. Guest must provide documentation before they get a key to the boat ramp or access to the slip. Guest must also complete and return the Bethany Marina Townhome Assoc Trailer Parking Lot Registration prior to arrival.
