Summary: I arrived in Yangon very late at night. when I arrived at the hotel they were waiting for me. they speak very little English but they know what to do. the room I had booked was clean and even had drinking water ready for me. I found the window was a little too small so I upgraded to a room with a balcony, the upgrade cost me very little and the staff helped me move. overall this is a great hotel which makes it very well is the staff, they are always there and willing to help and answer any question. planning to go back to Yangon next November and I will definitely book a room at this hotel.
