A large terrasse for the summer and and functional chimney for the winter. New electric heaters will add even more comfort to the whole. You can go by foot from the house to the sea having to go through a walkway only and the forrest. You will arrive at the south of Vertbois beach or North of Grand Village beach, so if you are looking for a watched swimming area you'll have 2 around for your convenience without the stress of parking a car.
