To reach the property you have to travel about 2 kilometers, of which 200 meters are uncovered and very steep road. A 4x4 VEHICLE IS REQUIRED. On the way to the Villa you can see a landscape with beautiful vegetation.

PROPERTY RULES:
1.) Each guest must be registered before arrival, must send their identity document and must complete the contract with the information of all guests. Also show your Identity or Passport document at the time of check in.
2.) Each guest must be registered 72 hours before the arrival to the site.
3.) Each guest must show his National Identity Document, or Passport (see below)
4.) The DocuSign is a mandatory document and must be completed at least 72 hours before the arrival of the guest. NO GUESTS ARE RECEIVED WITHOUT THIS DOCUMENT AND WITHOUT HAVING REVISED PAYMENTS.
5.) The use of the farm is only allowed for residential vacational, or leisure purposes. Bachelor parties, corporate events or parties involving a number of persons that is 50% greater than the normal capacity of the house (8 persons) are not allowed.
6.) The entrance of visitors or guests - not registered in the reservation - is welcomed, upon the payment of an extra fee of $ 30 USD (during the day, not for night accommodation)
7.) Any damage caused to the house or property belongings must be notified to the company that provides the rental service and must be attended and fixed in less than 7 working days.
8.) It is strictly forbidden to smoke any type of substances in the premises, including cigars and tobacco. There is a $50 USD fee if signs of smoking are detected in the house (smells, buts or such other). Smoking is allowed in the outdoors of the farm.
9.) Pets of any kind are not allowed in the property.
10.) “Sex tourism” within the property is totally forbidden, and in the case of minors, by law it is required that it be reported to the local police authorities.
11.) Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
12.) Every time you leave the bedrooms, please turn off the A/C and lights.
13.) In order to be to conserve the environment friendly, we kindly ask you to be responsible in the consumption of water and electric energy.
14.) The house is not responsible for any losses inside it.
15.) Check-out is at 11:00 a.m.

17.) Extra cleaning services may be arranged if requested: An optional $30 USD full day cleaning every day of your stay is available.
18.) ALL ACTIVITIES PERFORMED BY THE GUEST DURING THEIR STAY ARE PERFORMED UNDER THEIR OWN RESPONSABILITY AND RISK. THERE IS NO RESPONSABILITY ACCRUING THE OWNWERS OF THE HOUSE IN THE CASE OF ACCIDENTS OR MISHAPS (this applies to the use of the swimming pool, horseback riding, biking, trekking, etc. Upon registering all guests must sign a format which exonerates the owners of the house of responsibility and any eventuality of risks.
To provide a better experience during your stay, a cook should be included who will provide all the support in the preparation and food service. It has a cost of 50,000 COP per day.
