Casa Tera B is a graceful two-story apartment in the characteristic style of the Tuscan countryside. It sleeps six people. You will reach the swimming pool from the complex along a 150-meters (490-feet) route that cuts through the garden. The pool is 12 meters (39 feet) large by 25 meters (82 feet) long, from 1.50 meter (5 feet) to 1.70 meters (5.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers, and it is partly shaded by trees. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view of the garden. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex and guests staying at the nearby hotel. The swimming pool is open from the end of May until mid-September, from 10.30 am to 7 pm.

You will reach the swimming pool from the complex along a 150-meters (490-feet) route that cuts through the garden. The pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, from 35 centimeters (13.8 inches) to 70 centimeters (2.3 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers, and it is partly shaded by trees. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view of the garden. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex and guests staying at the nearby hotel. The swimming pool is open from the end of May until mid-September, from 10.30 am to 7 pm.
Garden
The garden is 10000 square meters (108000 square feet). It is partly shaded by a pergola and by trees. The garden is equipped with wood benches, as well as with tables and chairs. In the garden you will find a children's playground. Here you will also find a barbecue. The garden is shared with the other guests staying at the complex and guests staying at the nearby hotel.
Laundry room
You will reach the laundry room from the complex along a 1-kilometer (0.6-miles) route that cuts through the garden. Here you will find a washing machine at your disposal. You will share the laundry room with the other guests staying at the complex and guests staying at the nearby hotel. It is equipped with a four-burner electric cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. Here you will also find a single bed (80 cm/32 inches) and a television (local channels). From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio. The kitchen is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the kitchen through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen through an access area.
