The 70 sqm apartment, fully furnished, is located in a residence of 10 apartments immersed in a large green park, at the end of a private road (via Borandasco), on the hill of Marina di Campo at 1.3 km from the sea.
It consists of an entrance hall, two double bedrooms (with 4 single beds), a bathroom with shower and washing machine (renovated in 2013) and a large living room with kitchenette, dishwasher and large fridge.
In the living room there are two sofa beds, a TV and a large French window, overlooking the Gulf of Marina di Campo. The apartment also has a covered parking space, private land at the back, a space in common with the other apartments for drying laundry.
The linen (sheets and towels) is available to guests.
