The Vineyard Cottage is a charming and traditional country cottage converted from an old farm barn and very rustic in style, with open and breathtaking views over verdant countryside, the Tiber Valley and the Apennine mountains. This cottage offers guests a peaceful atmosphere and promises a special retreat in Central Umbria and close to the border of Tuscany. The property is equipped to a high standard is surrounded by woodland and open countryside which encompasses magnificent mountain views.
This Cottage has been beautifully restored and decorated in warm styles that blend perfectly with the exposed stone walls inside and the stonework outside of the cottage and the spacious gardens. It is private and secluded, perfect for relaxing on the outside terrace where one can enjoy views of the mountainous horizon and Monte Tezio.
There are two bedrooms upstairs, both with double beds, and the rear bedroom has an additional single bed. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms
Guests will have complete access to the cottage itself, the newly constructed pool (3m x 8m) and the gardens. Access is via a typical Italian white road (dirt road), which can get rutted in places after heavy rain.
