Located in the heart of the mountain village of Benahavis, just steps from the many restaurants for which the village is famous. The house is right next to the communal pool and with great mountain views. Enjoy the evening sun on the terrace. Ideally located for golfers. Drinks and tapas can be enjoyed in the courtyard only 20 steps from your front door.
This is a traditional village house but with all modern amenities located in the heart of Benahavis. It is steps from the many restaurants and bars that make Benahavis famous. Built over several levels this house has space for everyone. There are 3 bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a huge 180cm bed, the second bedroom has a king size bed and the third has two standard double beds and there is an additional sofa bed in the lounge for extra guests. The kitchen is open plan to the dining area and that has direct access to the large sunny terrace. There is a roof terrace for enjoying the last moments of the sun in the evening. There is a washing machine and dryer and many home comforts. The lounge has a huge 75inch TV.
The house is steps from the centre of the village which has a grocery store, banks, pharmacy, barber shop, and a weekly market on Tuesday. Free parking is available in the parking garage in the main street beside the post office.
