Skillfully and tastefully updated to a high specification by the present owners this modern, contemporary Villa includes air conditioning / heating units in all bedrooms, solar water heating, PVC double glazed windows, fitted wardrobes etc. Situated to the eastern side of Nerja, within walking distance to town and just 700 metres above the main beach, Burriana with its many bars and restaurants. In addition there are a few restaurants nearby and two large supermarkets within 500 metres and the local bus service has a stop within 200 metres. Commanding lovely views over the mountains, the private pool provides a refreshing oasis to cool off in, ideal for all the family! Whilst the surrounding terraced area presents ten sun loungers for soaking up the sun. Size of private swimming pool: 9 by 4 meters and depth one meter. Inside the accommodation is arranged over three floors, and at entrance level you will find a spacious open plan living area including a fully equipped kitchen with dish-washer, washing machine, oven and hob, micro-wave and large fridge-freezer. The formal dining area seats 10 and leads out to an outdoor patio with another dining area, again for 10 people. Upstairs is dedicated to the master suite with air con, a shower room and large private terrace. Downstairs from the main living area you will find a further 4 bedrooms, 2 with en-suite shower facilities and both with patio doors out onto the terrace facing the pool. To sum up, this property is luxurious, very spacious and beautifully situated. Pure enjoyment on the Costa del Sol Completely renovated in summer 2019.
