Located in the vibrant Calgary community of West Hillhurst. Steps away from restaurants, coffee shops, and unique shopping. Another 10 minutes to one of the trendy areas, Kensington right next to the Bow river. Downtown is a 30-minute walk or a 5-minute drive. And you are only a one-hour drive from the Canadian Rockies! Hiking & Skiing await! Large fully equipped kitchen, gas range, BBQ on the private deck, large tv with Roku streaming and access to the backyard. Pet friendly.
The space
This unique home was built above the garage in 2020. It is 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. You have your own private south-facing deck with a BBQ and couches to lounge on at the end of a long day.
Wake up to Nespresso coffee, go for a walk to the river or have breakfast at one of the best breakfast places in Calgary, only a block away.
Kensington, one of the trendiest places in Calgary, is a 15-minute walk. It features an old movie theatre, plenty of restaurants, pubs, brew houses and unique shopping.
Downtown is only a 30-minute walk or a 10-minute drive. A bus stops right outside our house where you can jump on and be in Kensington in 5 minutes. The C-Train is right there to jump on and go anywhere in Calgary.
For dog owners, we live 3 blocks from an off-leash area and only 5 minutes to the bow river if your pooch likes to swim!
Up the hill from our place is the TransCanada Highway, your direct route to the Rockies. Our home is 45 min from Kananaskis, an hour from Banff, and 1-2 hours from the best skiing in the world.
Guest access
The suite is completely private. You have your own deck and BBQ. It has it's own private entrance. You are welcome to come into our backyard and enjoy the firepit and grass area. We do have a dog who loves to catch balls and is friendly toward other animals.

We live in the house at the front of the property. If there are any issues we are just steps away.
