Summary: Check-in took ages and we had to ask to be taken to our room. Check out was equally poor as they claimed we had added tips to our, but when they eventually found the receipt it wasnt our name/signature. Hotel itself is lovely but it needs a map handout as its huge and easy to get lost in. Room was one of the best we've stayed in, pool staff were very helpful, food was delicious with a wide choice available. The Thalasso Spa was a superb experience, highly recommended and good value. Not cheap but you get what you pay for.
