Summary: The photos were great however they did not match the quality of the space. The bed was tiny. The towels old. The lack of parking left us searching for two hours in the pouring rain with little to no assistance. The location is next to a busy road which you hear throughout the… way overpriced. We have stayed multiple times in Madrid and never had this poor service. Not to mention they entered our place without permission after we had checked in to drop off a small dog bed and dog bowls. Nice gesture for the €30 per few however we already
