This home was built in 2022 and couldn’t be more perfect for family and friends to relax and get away from all the traffic near the high-rise hotels. The kitchen is a chef's dream. Well stocked with lots of counter space and a breakfast bar to chat while cooking or serving. Daydream doing dishes while gazing out at the spectacular views.
Comfortable leather recliners and couch where you can sit and watch the 72" tv or watch the boats sail in and out or do both!
The decks are set up to enjoy the water views and visit with friends and family with several chairs and tables and a lounge for sunbathing.

A 7 minute trip down beach drive along the water to the absolute best restaurants like Alice's, Uncle Ernies and Hunt's Oyster bar.
