Positive: 'Charm' is an apt description. Miguel was so helpful and friendly. He met me outside the moment I arrived and explained everything. Other bonuses were the lovely outside area to enjoy your breakfast or at any time of day, and the numerous 'freebies' on arrival - bread, jam, milk, cereal, orange juice, water, and even port. I highly recommend.
