Positive: Nice location & an amazing view

Negative: The room we booked was extremely dirty. It had a crusty, stained carpet and stained chairs, it was full of bugs, etc… just disgusting. After the first night, we said that we wanted to leave and get our money back for the remaining nights. The manager was understanding and offered us a better room, which seemed a lot better at first (no disgusting carpet and chairs), so we accepted to continue our stay there. But as soon as we moved into that second room, we saw that it was also quite dirty and even smelled a bit mouldy. The pool area looks nice but is also quite outdated. We only went into the sauna and gym area once and never again, as it smelled incredibly mouldy and the toilet down there was super dirty. We were happy to leave this hotel and expected a lot more from such an expensive place!
