Summary: Loved the zen atmosphere, location, and all staff except for one grumpy waitress at breakfast on the second day. Water tasted bad, but no bottled water in the rooms. Air conditioning was not very strong during a heat wave so rooms were uncomfortable. No way to adjust it. The parador policy of forcing us to reserve a time for breakfast after a 10 hour flight is very stressful and inconvenient with jet lag. Particularly when the breakfast room is half empty.
