Incredible accommodation on Carrera Septima 7 (main road). The building has a privileged view in its multiple terraces of Bogotá. Gym, BBQ, Co-working, wet areas (Turkish, sauna, Jacuzzi), and a swimming pool are available to guests.

The space: The studio is very complete. It has a fully equipped kitchen for cooking and storing food. The bed has a very comfortable queen mattress and the 55" TV has access to all of the movies and series Netflix has to offer, plus national and international cable. Additionally, it has a double sofa bed for a third and fourth guest. The loft also has a desk with a chair for working, a bar table, and chairs for dining. The bathroom is also very complete and modern. Finally, to breathe some fresh air, the apt has a small balcony.
Guest access: At the building, guests will have access to terraces that have a privileged view of Bogotá. One of these terraces has a weight gym, bicycle and treadmill, and wet areas (Turkish, sauna, jacuzzi, and swimming pool) which are also available to guests. Finally, there are co-working spaces open for all, and other private ones to rent or reserve.
Schedule Wet Areas: Tuesday-Friday: 6:00am-10:00am and 5:00pm-9:00pm. Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays: 9:00am-1:00pm and 3:00pm-7:00pm. Every MONDAY the pool is under maintenance, except on holidays, in which case the maintenance day is passed to Tuesday.
Reservations are made one day in advance. By intercom to tower 2 or in person.
Rules: it is required to wear a bathing suit and cap. There are no pool towels at the accommodation or at the pool. Consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited.
Attention: At the time of making the reservation, a photo of the guest's identity document will be requested to authorize entry to the building, as required by the administration, due to security issues for other guests. Any guest must also be authorized by the same means at the time of booking.
