Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: What really sets a place apart is how it responds to emergencies. We were on a train to barcelona when I received a call from the owner. Water had been cut off to the building. She had arranged for a new place, picked us up at the train station, took us to our new place, and then dropped us off for a performance at the Palau de musica catalan. This is a new gold standard for customer service.

Negative: Nothing.
