## Logement
Warm and well appointed, it is located in a residential leisure park "the cottages of La Baule", between La Baule and Guérande having from the month of July a shared indoor pool, hammam, sauna and play areas for children for the summer as well as a ball field.
The cottage includes :
- 2 bedrooms with a double bed, 2 single beds and 1 wall-mounted child's bed (under 50 kg);
- a second bedroom with two single beds;
- a shower room;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a lounge area to relax in after a day's walking;
- a dining area ;
- and a furnished loggia.
Note that there is a 5th bed in the second bedroom, but only for children under 50 kg.
In the garden shed, you can store bicycles and the plot is 300 m² with trees, you can go by bike to La Baule and Guérande.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Parking, Wi-Fi, Hair dryer, Television, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Microwave, Oven, Baby bed and high chair.
A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.
One of the assets of the apartment is its location with a direct access to the Vélocéan (beach of La Baule) at 10 minutes by bike. Also, it is located near :
