The apartment complex is in a high-end residential area of mainly local professional families. The building has the feel of a boutique-style hotel, with a clean and modern lobby and 24 hour security reception, a well-maintained interior decor and a shared rooftop patio and Jacuzzi.
Maximum 4 guests. The full apartment is available to guests. Whilst in a quiet neighborhood, it is only a 2 minute walk to Circunvalar, the main street for restaurants, shopping and nightlife.

Guests have the full apartment to themselves. The rooftop patio 'social area' and jacuzzi is shared with the residents of the apartment complex. There is also a big designated parking space on the lower level beneath the apartment, suitable for large cars/SUVs.
We are available for any assistance as required. Our main home is only a 2 minute drive, or 10 min walk to the apartment if there's an emergency.
We can provide you with any information to make the most of your time in Pereira and the surrounding region - We also run a yoga retreat & cultural experience in our country house just outside the city, so we are very familiar, and passionate, about promoting tourism.
That being said, we are equally happy to leave you to make your own discoveries, but we will make sure that your apartment exceeds your expectations to get you off to a great start.
Los Alpes is mainly residential apartment buildings, with a variety of great little restaurants and cafe's dotted about in between. There is also a high-end grocery store just a 5 min walk to the apartment.
You can walk anywhere in the city from the apartment. The main entertainment area is called Circunvalar, which is a long street, and popular during the day, night and early hours - It is just one block from the apartment.
Heading along Circunvalar towards the center (El Centro) you can be there on foot within 15 mins or less. Here you will find many shops, business, small parks and squares, fresh fruits, Colombian street food, and all the hustle and bustle of any regular city. Personally, I love walking through the city, grabbing a coffee and weaving in and out of the people. It's safe, lively and the place to go to buy local artisan gifts.
It's not really a party place, but by all means enjoy yourself and the facilities. The residents are a bit nervous about the increase in demand for short term rentals in Pereira, such as Airbnb, so I'd like to think all the people that come and stay, can respect the fact that families live in the building, and that we all pay monthly administration fees for the cleanliness and general upkeep and security. So just smile and say hello to everyone, and you'll find there'll do exactly the same in return.
Pets are no longer allowed due to previous damage and excessive cleaning. This includes any emotional support animal. Any evidence or reporting of a pet in our apartment, will be in violation of the rules and we will enforce a $500 fine and immediate eviction. We are animal lovers, and have dogs ourselves, but unfortunately we have had irresponsible guests that have reluctantly forced this new rule as of December 2023 onwards.
