Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Beautiful spaces and view. The villa is confortable and it was nice to use the jacuzzi.

Negative: Communication with the hosts was aloof and inefficient. Although the accomodation is listed as pet friendly, I received two different messages from the host saying pets were not allowed which created some confusion. We didn’t received any information on the property amenities such as the sauna (which was out of use) and the jacuzzi. When asked, the hosts said they would turn on the jacuzzi for us and let us know when ready. We have never received this message and when we went to the jacuzzi, other guests were using it. Internet was not working in one of the nights and the host would not give us clear feedback on the issue. With the lack of internet we were unable to make the payment for breakfast the next day so we did not receive it as requested. Despite the poor communication regarding the jacuzzi, internet and breakfast, the hosts were very fast and efficient when contacting to require payment for a breakfast we hadn’t received at all. Although the place is nice and we can see the hosts have invested in it, they don’t seem to understand about hospitality or making people feel welcome.
