In the living area, you will find a flat-screen TV, and a sofa bed, which we can prepare for you if you inform us in advance. You'll also find a dining area here just by the large windows.
In the kitchen, there is another dining area as well as everything else you'll need to whip up a lovely meal.
There are 2 bedrooms. One features a queen-sized bed, and the other features 2 single beds. You'll find they are all fitted with hotel-quality linens.
There is also a modern shower room where you'll find we have provided fresh towels and free toiletries for your convenience.
In our home, your health comes first. We follow an enhanced cleaning protocol, with professional cleaning, and strategic disinfection.

A great neighbourhood with a lovely community. You'll find there are supermarkets, shops and plenty more in the area. There are also many parks nearby with a nice and quite one just behind the apartments.
The house is near a Bus station that takes you directly to Cascais and Estoril Beaches.
Sintra is only 10 minutes away by train or car
Before your check-in, you will receive a message with your check-in options, as well as where you can pick up your keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge at the property has a cost of 10€, pending availability.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, we will be happy to provide for an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
