Tastefully decorated, this chic apartment with 55m2 on the 4th floor via stairs(no elevator) is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options.
It comes with an open floor plan. The living room features a comfy sofa where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The area features multiple windows that let in a lot of natural sunlighting that brightens up the space making it even more inviting, and has access to a balcony.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries for delicious meals, such as an electric hob, a microwave and a coffee machine.
The first bedroom is a pleasant room with a queen bed and a wardrobe; the second is furnished with a double bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.
The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
Please note that there is no elevator in the building.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
