The apartment is located in a very quiet area, close to many restaurants, gyms, cafes, coworks and Night Life ( bars and nightclubs), the distance is Just 10-15 minutes walking, If you want to go to the Santa Fe or El Tesoro malls (the biggest in the city), a taxi will take you in just 15 minutes. For security reasons, the keys to the apartment will only be given to main guest of the reservation when He/She arrives at our premises and not to a third party. Our usual check-in hours are between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. We will be happy to facilitate a Check-in before 4:00 p.m. as long as our calendar allows it. After 8:00 pm to 7:00 am, there is a late check-in fee of 10 USD or 35,000 COP to be paid in cash upon arrival. It is mandatory to show your physical passport (if you are a foreigner) or cédula (if you are Colombian) at the time of Check In. Also, you must read and sign the Rental Agreement that tells you our accommodation policies. Leave the keys on the kitchen counter to check out before 12m noon. If you need to check out after 12m noon, please contact us the day prior to your check out date so we can confirm availability and price.
