Positive: The location and the apartment

Negative: The apartment at Canvas by Wynwood Bogotá is modern, comfortable, and very well located. My stay could have been excellent, but a few important details affected the overall experience. From the moment I arrived, the unit was set up as if only one person would be staying, even though my reservation was for two: there was only one towel in the bathroom, just one cup in the living room, and only one pair of earplugs. I reported this and shared photos, but I was told that due to pico y placa restrictions, they didn’t have a messenger available to send additional earplugs or amenities. On top of that, there were construction works happening in the apartment next door (not managed by the property), which caused a lot of noise. I understand that construction in Bogotá is allowed during specific hours, but the staff’s response lacked empathy. They didn’t offer any alternatives such as a late check-out, a room change, or any other gesture to help improve the situation. The place itself is great, but the guest service could be improved—especially in ensuring the room is properly set up for the number of guests booked and offering more supportive solutions when unexpected issues arise.
