Summary: Excellent location - close to both the beach and old town, everything within walking distance. The apartment stays cool as it’s never exposed to direct sun, and the blinds provide near-blackout conditions at night. Good sound insulation ensures quiet sleep (occasional noise only from upstairs neighbors). On-site laundry (9:00–17:00) is very clean and payable by card. Well equipped for cooking, with a convenient key-box by the door. The owner gave a warm welcome and helpful explanations.A few things to note: parking isn’t guaranteed and nearby spaces fill quickly, so it’s best for a beach holiday without daily car trips. Guests need to bring their own bedding covers. Provided duvets include one single and two large doubles, which may feel too warm in summer and occupy one bed when not in use, as there’s no other storage. The apartment is older and would benefit from updates (kitchen and bathroom renovations are apparently planned). When the couch is extended, there’s no walkway to the WC at night - guests must climb over those sleeping on the couch. A small fan would be helpful on hot nights.
